Seven Black has been a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years with national certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise and ProNatal Fitness. He has worked throughout NYC at some of the most elite gyms offering clients 1-on-1 personal training, prenatal fitness training, sports-specific training, yoga, animal flow, small-group fitness classes and individualized nutrition programs.

There is no higher calling for me than to help someone live a healthier, happier life.

By offering a holistic, multi-discipline approach to fitness and wellness that combines strength training, cardiovascular training, gymnastics, plyometrics, indoor and outdoor fitness classes and yoga, clients can achieve complete total-body strengthening and recovery.

Now living in Albany, NY, Seven trains clients and teaches classes exclusively at Albany Strength Gym, the Albany JCC and Historic Winne Farm—a 108 acre farm turned outdoor fitness, wellness and healing center.
